Description
The coin is a standard circulating coin under the BSP Series. The obverse features the coin's denomination, which was the first time a 5 sentimo coin did not feature any person or other design elements. Its design is notable for its hole, which distinguishes it from other centavo denominations in the series. The reverse features the BSP label on its edge. The coin remains in circulation, but it may be uncommon to see it in everyday usage.
